The location was good: a market and a pharmacy were within walking distance.

All good — we enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was cheap and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast in the 24-hour restaurant for affordable meals was good.

The rooms are good value for money with nice view and the staff are caring. The location is best possible, 2 miles from a restored castle. Easy access to restaurants and bars which are next to the hotel.

There's stain in some areas.

Had a really comfortable stay for 1 night. The position of the hotel was great and decent, right next to the bus stop. What's more, it was near restaurants and convenience store, Nagoya in the future and basic shops.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Sakae metro station. The reception was efficient, and although they couldn't change currency, it wasn't a big issue. The room was cozy, and even though it was small, it's quite normal for Japanese cities. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of Japanese and western dishes. The hotel was clean and modern, and the price was unbelievably affordable. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room we had included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV. The hotel had a central location and it was next to Aichi Art Center.

The hotel was wonderful and had all the modern charm coupled with an EXCELLENT service. The room I had was functional and the staff was very, very nice and polite.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the subway and surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The staff is helpful and allowed us to store our bags before check-in. The top floor offers vending machines, a laundry machine, and a microwave, adding convenience to our stay.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city skyline. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of useful amenities such as a gym and laundry facilities.

The room was quite small, and the bathroom was a little cramped, making it difficult to move around.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its prime location in the heart of Sakae. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms with double beds offer a good view of the highway and have good facilities. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is included and offers a wide variety of items.

No major issues, just a slight inconvenience with the limited English language television options.
